I thought there would be more options for rotors from the likes of stoptech, but guess not.

If you're doing oem pads, bimmerzone might be a little cheaper http://www.bimmerzone.com/BMW_Parts_...-BRAKE-M3.html

HP Autowerks and Bimmerzone are well-priced options, and I'm still waiting on a reply from Jon. I may wait a little longer to see if any used rotors come up, but I can't wait much longer.
