Well, as much as I hate to do it, I'm going to have to sell my toy and go the "responsible" route. My wife and I have decided to go down to two cars so I am going to have to a car that hauls bikes and the baby with a little more ease.

2008 Jet Black 6MT E90 M3 with 23,000 miles

Black interior with the stainless trim
Navigation
Bluetooth
Cold Weather Package
Premium Sound
18" Gunmetal wheels
Folding rear seats
Heated Seats

only mods are cosmetic: black kidney grills, Lux angel eyes, and F10 M5 shifter with M-Stitch boot (all original factory parts included if you want to go back to stock)

I bought this car in February of this year and had a PPI inspection done at my local BMW dealer. I talked to the tech personally and he stated the car was in fantastic condition. The car was also under CPO warranty until last month (July). I have driven it daily since February and haven't had a single issue with it.

I am not the original owner, I am the third owner. It was bought as a CPO'ed car by the second guy and he kept it in the garage just like the first owner. I bought it with 19,xxx on the clock and have been driving it daily. Car runs beautifully, just as strong as my 2012 E92. Again, only reason I am selling is I have a 7 month old and my wife and I have decided to go down to 2 vehicles, for practicality and to pay off some bills.

oh, and I will also add that when I bought it earlier this year, I paid for the pre-purchase inspection from BMW. The mechanics quote was "buy this car immediately!!!"

Sedans don't come with carbon roofs.. You can always have one installed aftermarket though.
