Thanks my bro! You did great as well! Great hanging with you!

I am so happy there is finally a place where we can use our cars how they were meant to be driven without worry!

The HPF turbo M3s never ceased to amaze me during the whole event! Not being a Bimmer guy until recently, I didn't know that ANY E46 M3 was capable of what they were doing all weekend without fail!

edit: And god damn did they sound good! I didn't know an E46 could sound like that!

Wow, that's some power! I'm surprised you were able to put the power down as well as it looked and sounded. Very impressive.

That EVO took off like someone flick'n a booger.

Turbos are not well suited to this engine. A small rear mount might get me interested though!

what? why? whould you say this, it's total speculation. Boost is suited for everything. A small rear mount is worthless on a v8 motor that spins to 8k. this car needs at least a gt35r.

And again, as said I know of one in the making that should be a great start to some healthy competition. To say that boost is not suited to this motors is a vague statement with nothing to back it up other than the one RHD turbo car that seems to be now MIA

I never said boost wasn't suited for this car. I said turbos are not. The reason is because of the way that the boost is produced versus something like a centrifugal supercharger.

You what I mean by "small". Something that will spool quickly and not be laggy.

I'm sorry but I disagree and this really makes no sense. By choosing diff turbos (compressors versus wheels/clipped/unclipped/ turbine housings etc) you can tailor something that builds boost low or something that spools and hits full boost @ 4-5k which would be awesome. the comparative argument to a SC is null.

Any day of the week I would take a turbo over SC and again, its coming. I don't wanna clutter up this thread anymore, so props to you guys, but def don't discount turbos, or type posts that say they arent' suited for this car. Any car properly setup for boost will make substantial power either way, but I have been putting turbo cars together for years and there is really no comparo

It does look like he let up or something went wrong. It seems like all of the Supras out there were having trouble putting down clean runs (or finishing the run at all).

There have been multiple people on here more knowledgeable than you that have echoed what I am saying. But whatever, I don't want to have a conversation with you anyway.
