Feeler: Looking to sell E90 M3

Guys - Just placing a feeler out there until I get together some images of the car which I've been lagging on lately. I'll be heading away early next year for school/work for about 6 months, after which I might stay longer. I'm looking to see if there would be any takers on my car (either stock or as modified currently) vs. having it sit for an unknown extended period. For the mods, I have the following:
AA Exhaust
AA X-Pipe (Catless Race version)
AA Pulley
AA Short Shift Kit
AA ECU Upgrade (version 1.5)
AA Air Filter
Replacement Front Bumper & CF VRS Lip Molded
360 Forged Mesh 8 Wheels. Chrome lip, dark grey face (19x9.5 F, 19x11 R)
19" Tyres (255-35-19 F and 285-30-19 R BridgeStone RE50)
Black Line Tail Lights
Eibach Springs
Escort 9500ci Hardwired
Aluminum M3 Pedals
OEM Winter Mats
35% tint all around
CF Type 2 Rear Diffuser (ordered, should be here by end of year)

I have the original parts for the above modifications and can swap if necessary. The front bumper is a new bumper and I have the original in storage. Ideally, I'd like to sell as is as it's easier for me and I feel, a better value for the buyer. The car has been driven about a month in winter after which I parked it. I've detailed it 4 times this year. 2000km service is done in February.

I'll post some pictures later as I know that's always helpful.

Thanks!

No - I sourced the parts myself. The exhaust sounds great as a few members can attest to - a handful have the AA exhaust in the GTA. Combined with the X-Pipe, it sounds much more visceral.

Got it done at Auto Sound Design (Hwy 7 & Main Street). Very thorough job done on the install.

Thanks. The mods are definitely going to be up for grabs when the car goes albeit I'd prefer to sell it all as is. Got a few members already calling dibs on various parts!

Reducing the price as I'd like to have it sold by end of year.

Too bad - a few weeks ago I would have jumped on this, having mine installed by AA next week. Would consider the X-pipe but might be a little loud

Thanks. It's louder with the x-pipe but not too loud. The good thing is there's no drone with the exhaust or the x-pipe so it's definitely usable as a daily driver.

Enjoy the exhaust - you'll love it.
