I have the Alpine HID kit and have no yellowing yet, but they haven't seen much use and it's been cold out, etc... The car has been in shipping for the last 2 months and I just started driving it recently with the warmer weather that has hit the VA area.

I'd say the HID's probably have less than 1k miles total being on (sometimes I turn them off because guards at the gates on post say they are too bright, even during the day, haha). I will be sure to take pics and post if they do yellow though. Will probably start saving up for the OSS kit just in case.

Hello,

I had a problem with one bulb during the installation of my alpine hid kit.

I'd like to order a new set of bulbs. Before I order, I'd like to be sure this one will work with the alpine kit ?

MORIMOTO 3FIVE HID H8 Bulbs 35W 6000K

Thank you !

Hello LightWerkz, what would you advise me for the Morimoto3five temperature?

6000K or 5000K. I want to be close to the LCI White Angel Eyes. Alpine HID ballasts delivers 25v. I'm a noob but I think 6000K may be better for brightness and visibility ?

I'm interested in buying the Morimoto from you. Do you ship to France and are you fast? I'm just a little bit anxious because I just leave a bad experience with alpinemss ( months waiting ) and then no answer ?

Thank you.

I would recommend the 5000K, better for performance and closer match to factory rings.

As you increase color you decrease the performance, keep this in mind.

And yes we can ship to france via priority mail and its not too expensive.

Email us and I can get you setup!
