The quality i bet is exactly the same as Vorst. Font be fooled by "name" brand. Your paying a premium just for the name..just like with clothes. In the end, they are all made in china

I agree with just a splitter that's similar to the Ericsson look that would attach to the stock bumper. I scrape all the time as it is and can't imagine have a full lip, but I'd be down for some splitter that look like the Ericsson bumper.

Would everyone be ok with taking deposits? We're probably a month away from delivery. I still have to test fit the part next week, then ship it back to Taiwan for final production.

The prototype you see will be installed on my car next week when I get back from NC. I'll be at the M Driving School.

Just curious, does this have the inset groove where the double sided tape sits? The V Type II has that to allow the diffuser to set flush.
We thought about including that feature, and concluded that even in that scenario, the edges would never be entirely flush with the bumper. The problem with every double sided tape I've seen is that it's "cushy," and by that I mean no matter how strongly you press down on it during install, it'll always rebound and push back out ever so slightly to make the edges not flush. Along with using the two OEM screw holes on the bottom of the rear bumper, we strongly urge buyers to have a body shop install the part with an epoxy solution to make the edges 100% flush.

We need an E90 M3 for test fitment in either Taiwan (preferred) or Los Angeles. Once we have that, we'll be well on the way to making an E90 diffuser.

We're working on a front splitter that IMO is going to be more aggressive and tasteful than what Vorsteiner offers.

Congrats on making an affordable alternative. To mention that your product is more 'tasteful' though, seems like an unnecessary jab.

Just looked at the VRS, and it seems that with that middle fin its way too similar. I guess u have no option but to take it off. I would so no one can say anything about it. Even ith no middle fin I think this would look great at a great price. Let us know.

Who cares if they look the same. As long as there is a slight difference then VRS can't say a thing. I personally think the middle fin makes the diffuser look amazing. That's the beauty of it!

Besides, look at at Velosity Motoring wheels and how close they resemble the OEM CSL wheels. Yet they are slightly different and cost a ton less.

Eric, make the diffuser any way you want and good luck selling tons of them! Just listen to what the people want and give better customer service than VRS does and you'll be a hit!!
