See Through Engine Cover??
I love the way the eight throttle bodies look on top of the manifold. Kind of reminds me of a Cobra 427 side oiler.
Anyways does anyone know of or think a see through engine cover would kick some butt visually. I've seen some see through air boxes for trucks, like Volant. What are your thoughts, is this something thats possible or just a bunch of hot air, literally... Thanks.... |

A see through engine cover will not allow you to see the throttle bodies. The part above the TB's is the intake plenum, so you would have to have a see through intake plenum. It would look cool for a while, but with all the crankcase ventilation oil and what not going into it, it would look like crappola pretty quickly.
Cool idea, just don't think it's practical.

Ok, so there's clearly a demand for it. Sponsors, let's see it.
