Question Logic 7 Speaker Confusion

I recently bought a second hand pair of Logic 7 speakers that were advertised as fitting an E92 or E93 on the understanding that the Logic 7 speakers were a direct swap for the Base stereo speakers on those cars and my E90 and so I could fit them as rear speakers in the parcel shelf.

The speakers arrived and are far too large too fit - they are 90mm whereas I believe the standard base stereo ones are 80mm. Could someone please let me know whether I've made a mistake or the seller has?

Thanks in advance.

Tweeters are 25mm, mids are 100mm, and woofers are either 160mm or 200mm.

Which one are you talking about?

^+1

perhaps you are confusing fronts and rears? The fronts bottom mount and the rears top mount.

Hmm, that's interesting. I'm talking about the rear speakers on my 2008 E90 M3 (UK model). The rear speakers are on the rear shelf and they are definitely significantly smaller than the ones that I've bought which are advertised as E92/E93 Logic 7 speakers.

I'll remeasure and post up some pics when I get a chance.
