Translation:

C63:

He likes the power and the brakes. He thinks the C63 is going to be slower than the M3 because it pushes in the corners.

M3:

Nothing but praise basically.

Result:

They are surprised that the C63 manages to beat the M3 and applaud AMG for building a very special car.

Well think of it this way, it's only one comparison out of many. This proves that AMG has done a very superb job at making the C63 handle very well and that they should deserved some well earned respect. Lets stop all this "OMFG I CALL BS BECAUSE THE M3 RAPES THE C63 WHERE EVER THERE IS CORNER" or "THE C63 EATS THE M3 ON THE STRAIGHTAWAY" bullshit. Lets all grow up and give the AMG guys a bit of credit.

No, let's not. Every test is the same except an occasional oddball site that has no credibility, iike the one you linked or a non-car site like cnet that has no business pretending to know about anything more than toasters and iPhones.

There's no reason to give something false praise just to make people feel good, this isn't summer camp. It has issues with both understeer and oversteer due to it being nose heavy in front with limited rear grip. But it's definitely fast in a straight line and it looks decent.

I don't get why there are so many C63 people coming in here seeking some kind of validation or approval and then getting mad when they don't immediately receive it. Are there M3 owners doing the same thing on MBworld? That's silly.

you have to consider that Patrick Simon was a very successful professional race car driver - so I guess in the hands of somebody that can really drive the AMG can be faster than the M3 - he overall still likes the M3 better

Man you have to learn some German language(and many of you around here, driving German cars)

Patrick gave the M3 saloon 27 points. He gave the fantastic(I love it as well) C63 only 23 points...

0,05 seconds faster. What's the point. On trackdays you will be having more fun with the M3. Still the C63 is a superb car as well.

Both great cars.

Yeah, you guys aren't understanding that the M3 won. And I give all credit to the AMG as well, Merc built a great car!

Not many advanced corners and long straightlines and high speed corners. Not surprising the C63 was faster.
You win some and you lose some but in 9 out 10 tests the M3 is faster around a track.

im not surprised that the C63 won. that track is mostly long and straight, with a proportianally smaller twisty section. And the times were pretty close.
