Shipping Question (To Texas)

I've used the search function and I am unable to find the answer to my question. Do cars coming to the Southwestern US (Texas specifically) come to the east coast and are then shipped down to Texas or are they shipped directly from Bremerhaven to a port in Texas (Houston/Galveston)? I've checked the website of Wallenius-Wilhelmsen shipping and they do have vessels coming into Galveston, TX but I'm not sure if these vessels will be carrying cars or not. Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

Texas cars come into Charleston, I believe. The only other two US ports are (New York) New Jersey and Port Hueneme, CA.

Edited: originally said "Charlotte".

My past two BMWs came through Charleston SC. I would suspect yours would come through there as well. I live in DFW area.
