I'm pretty sure that

is supposed to be used to describe a poorly written post. I've noticed a lot of users that are using it to say "word," instead of what I think it was meant for, which would be to tell someone to get their grammar and spelling together. You can tell by the "smilies" tired eyes and exhausted face, that he must be tired after reading a poor post. So which is it?

Word as in " word, I agree with what your saying?" Or word as in "you need Microsoft Word's help because your post's spelling and grammar are off?"

if u look on other forums, they have the same smiley, but with: werd instead of the W sign.

its used for +1.

That's what I've been using it for. The smiley face doesn't look disappointed at all. Maybe just a tad bored, but I actually like the face.
