It seems evident that this guy was fully intending to scam to the very end. The only reason he ever sent the springs at all was because you filed the claim with PayPal and stuck with it on here. He was hoping that you'd drop the claim once you got the springs.

+1 Good for you for not dropping the claim and refusing shipment of the springs!

You hit the nail on the head, the tracking info for the springs first appeared the day after I initially filed the claim.

Oh and btw, the tracking info was uploaded and seen for the first time on the 27th at nearly midnight. That is when I saw that it was shipped out after I made the claim with Paypal. I can't stand people like this.

that is why i never buy from 1) no feedbacks 2) low post count 3) never send payment as gift if seller doesn't meet 1) and 2) together

Lol no worries man, I ended up with some free springs about a week ago. Not your fault at all, scam artists and scumbags have to take the blame for their own messes
