the dealer had exact same cars when i was shopping for mine, just different colors, AW and JB. i chose the AW one.
i just think white cars always look classier but black ones look more manly/cool.
again, just personal opinion

good luck with whatever you choose!

There are just too many black details on this car on the front fascia, side gills, aft mesh grille to get a color that doesn't contrast well with them. For that reason, the lighter color work very well on this car (AW, MR, SSII). Even the blues are better as they still contrast well. Black, while a nice color, just hides all of these details.

Oh, and every woman I've asked has preferred AW. Can't argue with the ladies.

I love black and have had a few black cars myself, BUT extremely hard to maintain and like others have said, aside from the exhaust it hides all the curves and accents that separate the M3 from the regular 328 or 335i,

Black looks awesome when clean but it just never really looks clean. The fact that it also hides many of the M3's styling details (bumper openings, etc.) would rule it out for me.

White looks great but I'm a little tired of it (and I have it).

Given your choices, I'd definitely go with white. But if I were getting another one right now, it would definitely be blue (LMB, IB, or perhaps even Monte Carlo Blue or Laguna Seca Blue if approved by BMW).

couldn't agree more with this. although I do lust for black from time to time since it looks so good when it's clean, white accentuates the aggressiveness of the M3's body lines too well to pass up. hence why I went with AW.

can't go wrong with either though.

I LOVE Jet Black ext. but I have to say as I get older I do love less maintenence. Although white is a popular choice for M3's, white is such a easy color to maintain and looks phenomenal for many many years.

Me personally I just looked at all the colors and started eliminating one by one and was down to aw and sg. It also depends on what mod theme you wanna go with! Good luck!
Exactly. It just turns into an opinion-fest.

Don't even understand the point of asking others for a car that YOU're gonna drive.

Alpine white 51:27 jet black
Wow. White wins. Thank you for your input ladies and gentlemen.
My current car was bought new as white, and I have never owned a new black car.
I'm not a good listener so I'll just have to find out the hard way about maintaining a black car.

Black it is.

3M 70%

I have 3M's 70% in the front windshield. It's not even noticeable.
I drove in front of cops and they don't care. And my car is cooler inside than a friends with same color but no front tint.
