I'm looking to switch to a 2008 - 2009 bmw M3. Mostly leaning towards 2009 because of Idrive

I'm looking to spend $28,000

I would like one with:
* DCT (must)
* Decent mileage
* Navigation (must)
* Any color but silver.
* E92 or E93

I'm willing to travel up to 500 miles, please let me know what you have.

i keep tracking the price here. the 08 09 m3 price here is much higher than dealers. but 11+ up are pretty good. I am in your budget right now, but I can't find a good deal here in NY.... you r so lucky! I found a 09 m3 e92 full loaded with 37k miles one owner, dealer list price is $32k. it sold in 4 days.... I was planning to buy it this weekend......

I was in search of one for a little over 3 months. I checked every major city and state on craigslist every day. I stayed away from dealers because here in Nevada if you purchase a car from a private party, you do not pay tax on it at the DMV. Good luck on your search thou
