MDM would in fact kick in here and there; however it was probably saving my ass more than anything as I was still learning the car. DSC On, I will most certainly not be using

MDM works for me until I gain the confidence in this car to go no DSC

Did you install racing brake pads or adapt anything else to the brake system. I understand this is probably THE weakest part of the car when going for a sustained track-drive. In Spa E46 M3's with stock brakes would typically have to return to pits after 3 - 4 laps because of brake fade.

No racing brake pads, and I'm not sure if they even have e92M specific ones just yet. The brakes did do very well, and fade was apparrent towards the latter part of the day(to be expected); however they did cool off much quicker than the e46M3. The issue I really had with the brakes was the factory brake fluid. I just had a brake flush performed yesterday; and braking power feel is back to 100%.

I felt it kick-in only 3 times or so, but it was surely for my benefit!
