What do you all do for a living to afford your car/s and lifestyle?

Currently a senior in high school and want to get an M or something of similar stature when I have the money (if it ever happens). I\'m planning on majoring in Economics and going to a Cal-State University.

Do you know why you're going to major in econ? GO be a pharmacist 6 figure job right out of school and it's consistently adjusted upwards for inflation.

I want to major in econ because I'm really interested in the way the economy works and I wouldn't mind a stock broker or similar job after college. And if I can't get a job pertaining to my major, so be it. I know plenty of people who graduated college and make their living doing nothing remotely close to what they studied in college. Like these guys....

Thanks that's a really interesting article. I really don't want to move back in after college. I'd rather wait until later to get an M or something of similar stature.

If you want to work in finance, I strongly suggest you study math or applied math and earn at least an MS.
