Mercedes S-Class Coupe "Concept"

This S class is gorgeous! The CL will be axed; I'm happy about that they should just keep things simple. Instead of having C, CL, CLA, CLS...S, SL, SLK, SLS.

In the upcoming generation of MB cars vs current BMW's, I'd stick with MB looks this time. Despite that, there still isn't a worthy successor to the CLK in terms of looks.

I'm pretty sure it's the S-Class Coupe. Take a look at this concept pic of the rear and maybe it will convince you. The media is also reporting this as the S-Class Coupe.

I thought that the S-Class Coupe was going to replace the CL. But you're right, it is still a concept, so nothing has been explicitly confirmed.

EDIT: This is indeed going to be the S-Class Coupe which will replace the CL

Idk, Mercedes said themselves that this was still only a concept meant to show the world what Mercedes can do. It's not replacing anything. I quoted them on the first page of this thread - Direct from their official FB page.

I just did a google search of this car and all car news point to this as being the S-class coupe. example:
