I would suggest looking into getting a Clear Spray Wrap (PlastiDip) done instead. You can probably Full body protection for the same cost to clearbra your hood/front bumper.
I'd suggest KustomKoatings in Philly as they do phenom work and are well worth the trip. They are reasonable too! You might be able to find a shop closer to you, but the SprayWrap is what I'd recommend. |

It's actually very durable and extremely resistant to rock chips and scratching. Look at some of the PlastiDip videos on youtube.
One of the things I also don't like about clear bra (and this happened on my M3) when/if you remove it you can see a distinct difference in the paint from where it was protected, vs un-protected. With a clear(or colored) SprayWrap, everything is covered and protected so you don't have this scenario if/when you want to remove/redo it. |
