Port Of Exit

What is the name of the city in Germany of the Port Of Exit? My car is at the port of exit right now. BMWNA said that I need to contact my CA for anything further. Would he know what ship my car is going to be on and when they are shipping my car?

I don't think your dealer will know what boat or when it leaves until it's already on that boat. I'm not entirely sure what US port your car will arrive at (there's only one for the west coast, so that made it easier for me to track mine). Maybe Charleston? Here's a search tool for the Bremerhaven port, here are all the vehicle carriers leaving in the next month for Charleston:

I'm not sure if this list might be incomplete, because maybe a regular cargo ship can also take your car, but won't be on the list of vehicle carriers? Anyway, I think your best bets are the Faust, leaving tomorrow, the Medea, leaving the 10th, the Toreador, leaving the 12th, or the Tristan, leaving the 17th.

You can also take a look at vesseltracker.com to find the various ships and see where they are.

We've figured out that the 1800 number probably won't update your status until 2 days after the boat has left. If you want to know for sure what boat you're on, you can just wait until the 1800 number status changes, and then call your sales guy, and he can tell you. Mine is coming into Brunswick, GA. that much my CA knows. I don't think that there is a ship assigned to my car yet.
