Unsatisfied with bumper repaint

I would never pay 750 for a front bumper repaint, thats insane... especially since it seems it was just the small scuff you mentioned so its probably generally in good shape (in other words no "body work"). You should never have left there with your car in unacceptable shape. The few times this has happened to me I've just been very mellow and honest and just asked them to please fix it and leave the car there. That glob you mentioned I hope is clear... if its paint... jeeez.

If you had paid 3-400 which is typical I'd tell you its not a big deal and move on. A lot of these shops who think of themselves as high-end are unwilling to listen to critiques.
