ESS/AR 700 M3 vs ZR1

Had a chance to run a ZR1 tonight. I believe he was stock. We ran from 50 to about 140ish i believe. I was only on 95 octane and IAT's prior to run were 130. I figure if I had 100/105 in tank and car was cool, I would put a car on the ZR1, maybe a tad more, either way good race and was super close. He got the jump and pretty much stayed there until we shut down. On a side note, I had my worst loss tonight. There was an evo that came out, that was no $#@!ing joke. High comp 2.4 w/ built head 272 cams, 67mm turbo on 32psi on E85. This car was retarded. We raced from a 45 roll to about 130 and he had at least 3-4 cars on me when we shut down. Thing was $#@!ing ridiculous

Nice run on the ZR1. Maybe bring out a GoPro for next time. You start in 2nd gear at 50?

Yea 2nd gear. The higher the RPM the better for me, especially with the centrifugal blower. If I started that pull in 3rd, he would have jumped me a car or 2 instantly on the hit.
