So were you there? It was an interesting meet to say the least. Lots of random cars and people. Not much synergy though.

Yes, I was there. I rode with my buddy in his GTI.

Why do you feel their was a lack of synergy?

Many were first timers like myself. There was no real organization since I had to ask here if you were even there. There was one group of cars who rolled in together who thought they were pretty cool shit and ended up leaving again within 30 mins of their arrival. Just seems to me that something like this in my experience, people were more friendly and outgoing but if there are not many "regulars" who attend, which seemed like most people the night I was there, then it just lacked something that I was looking for. Oh well, no biggie. Just wanted to express my outlook on the meet. I did meet a couple cool VW/Audi guys.

About half of the people there were regulars. I hope for new people to show up every time.

What are you looking for in terms of organization? This is a casual meet. You park where you want and not by make/model of your car.

We have been getting a few immature attendies lately, but that's nearly impossible to prevent.

I'll try to find you at the next meet and introduce myself.

No biggie. Just expressing my thoughts on things. The meets that I have been accustomed to in the past, the regulars would introduce themselves to the new people that would come. This meet seemed more "clicky". Anyway, hope to meet ya next time I'm out.

My friends and I talked to several new attendees, as we do every time.

I do agree that it can be a little "cliquey", but that goes with any larger meet.

I have been out of town, so I didn't have the chance to post it up on all the forums.

The meet is the last Thursday of every month, unless it falls on a holiday(it will then be rescheduled).
