I have OEM M6 rims on my M3 -- just downsized the rubber to M3 size to fit

20" MORR VS8.2. Can't wait to switch back to the summer setup! Probably in a couple weeks here on the west coast.

20' - you will def. feel every bump. It looks good though and fills out the wheel well. A few times when I hit the potholes so hard, I thought I have cracked my wheel and even the front windshield.
Anyway, I am sure other bloggers may tell you differently. To each of their own. |

More rim, less rubber especially on the sidewalls will make the ride not too bottom friendly.
I'd say 20" looks great on a VIP car like a 5, 6, or 7 series with the plush suspension but on something like an M3 19" is as big as I'd go. 18" would be even better. I'll be riding on my bronze TE's once this friggin snow melts.

I got a quote from Tires23 for those 360Forged rims, and its over six grand! Not sure if I like them THAT much, would probably just go for HRE's with that price.

As for HREs, I guess it really depends which ones. Havok, don't go 20", go 19". I think a nice set of LM-Rs would suit you.

Not quite the same colour, but my car is Sparkling Graphite with forged 3 pc steplipped VIP modulars - Very aggressive deep lip, with polished spoke accents.
