Please Help with used e90 purchase

I drove and put down deposit for pickup later this week. Car was clean on lift. When I drove there was a bit of a faint "rattle" on acceleration at highway speed. Is this the normal intake sound? Also anyone else look at this vehicle and notice any mechanical issues or red flags? Car is still under warranty. |
