spark pulg got high heat dmg
since my car got increased emissions, and engine malfunction, i have drop my car in a shop for 1 week, they just find out the 4 spark plug in the bad bank got high heat damaged, and they are keep checking from my car. they switch spark plug from good bank to bad bank, and bad to good bank, and also switch coil pack, then start the car. the car run fine. no codes pops up right after the switch. they said they gonna wait till new codes pop up, then find out the problem in my car. i just want to ask if anyone here had same problem before? could you share some experience please?
