Doubt it. The press release says it's unveiling 2 world premiers. I would expect 2 fully new cars, and don't see BMW releasing yet another Hommage type car.

I think it's a pick between the M2, M4 GTS and maybe somehow this mysterious BMW "supercar" that's been rumored for years. But more likely the M2 and M4 GTS.

P.S. Now I've got this date on my calendar

Concept has many meanings. Like posted, the yellow M4 was technically a "concept" and changed very little to being officially revealed. There was also the 4 series concept which was way out of this world in design. I think "M concepts" much more closely resemble the real thing than the "series car concepts"

It could definitely be an M2 "concept" that gets revealed. And it would very closely resemble the production model.

BMW concepts such as the F87 M2 Coupe and the F82 M4 GTS will be lightly veiled production cars.

As in some things on the cars will not make production, which is usually the mirrors and rims.

The I12 i8 car could be the production Spyder (Roadster).

Hmmm Have a 4 door Gran Coupe and love it- now I want an M2 to go along with it- two very pricey cars- what can I sell to get the M2? Kidneys? - I drink too much diet Coke so they are probably useless at this point. Brain- never been that smart don't know anyone that wants it- I have other parts that are more than adequate (just sayin) but how about the Wife! And the kids!- well one for sure. I think I could get a good down payment out of them at least. Ill take mine in Mineral Gray please with black wheels.
