I was kidding around calling people "dopes" and of course I am a dope to! Nobody would ever tell there were any changes to my car except me and perhaps the board members but they still make me happy! Just like the amber LCI makes you guys happy! Its all about what little details make a person happy. I was making fun of all of us for the tiny things we spend money on to change that really are so subtle to most others! Enjoy the ambers!

And hey-brown sphincters! Come on, atleast be accurate and call them Black/chrome sphincters

How much for the gloss black hood vents?
Interested
I'm doing a edition theme too
Already installed edition front and side grill
Modified exhaust with black tips goes on Sunday
I put clear reflectors, they look good, but I think I'm going to apply the same tint vinyl I put on my MR to make them darker

I put them on again for a day and am just making sure I do not like them if I let them grow on me for a couple days as they are brand new so would have to take a loss. I dont remember what I payed off hand but probably 10 bucks less than any new price you can find online as they are literally brand new. If peple are not willing to pay this (I understand if you can get brand new for similar price) than I may keep them around for future change in mind. I will shoot you a pm when I decide for sure!

Happy thanksgiving everyone (in the US!)

Fair enough. As a blanket statement in general, sphincters turn brown when they get soot on them. Exhaust tips are not immune to this universal law.

Enjoy!!

Could someone send me the pics of the gloss black mirror covers, or post them-that would be great!

Ok found the pics of the mirrors and I do not like them. I never liked that on the m5 either those half/half mirrors. I thought they were gloss black covers that completely covered the mirror which may have worked.

Also made up my mind after trying them again, do not like the hood vents so if someone wants to buy them-they are sent in original box and never spent anytime more than a couple minutes on the car. Will take 75 dollars and I will pay shipping. This is 25 dollars off a new pair and mine are new-days old! PM me if interested

wow just saw that! Is that what comes on the edition?

By the way I ended up keeping the gloss black hood vents. I tried them again and they grew on me. After a nice wax of the hood and vents they did actually look pretty awesome with all the other black accents. I checked out the mirror covers and do not like them at all. I hated the mirrors on the e60 m5/6 with the half black/half color. Just think it looks ricey and cheap.

I think the OEM mirrors have a great combo of gloss black and then color of the car surrounded by more gloss black. My car looks absolutely amazing now. No car out there I think looks better than an m3 properly modified with some minor things. Only other car that looks better is a ferrari 430 or 458. Otherwise m3 is gorgeous

Here you go.

Note that the mirrors are a reverse of factory, coloured mounts with black caps.
