Can anyone in New Jersey check out a car for me?

I live in Los Angeles and I am interested in taking over someones lease who lives in New Jersey. Is there anyone who lives or works locally in New Jersey who could take a look at the car for me and let me know if there is anything to worry about? It would be greatly appreciated.
