I live in a place that has photo radar everywhere. I am wondering if anyone can recommend a tested solution which blocks photo radar from snapping a pic of your license plate.

Unlike license plate covers, for which you can get a ticket, this is a license plate *frame*, so you won't get an "obstruction of plate" ticket. Someone on E90 post was selling/sold one a few months back.
