Convertible looks better than Coupe?

One aspect never brought up by E93 owners is all 4 windows open (leaving a completely open side from pillar to pillar). It's cool to drive top up and all (4) windows down. Big difference between that and the coupe with only 2 windows down and the subsequent noise and wind buffeting within the cockpit.

Back to the topic, the vert lines are all screwed up with the top up. It doesn't flow well at all IMO. I find this true of the majority of vert cars that were spawned from a coupe. The worst coupe to vert conversion I've seen is probably the IS250.

Also, I can't stand the chrome trim that comes on the E93. Shadowline FTW.

Top up = E92 >>>>> E93.

Top down = E92 = E93 in terms of looks.

I think that the E92 looks better than the E93 with the roof up. You really cannot compare them in a valid manner with the roof down.

I bought the my fake M3 because I wanted a convertible. It is more a GT than anything else, I got it. I actually realized that when I ordered it. I wish BMW would consider it a fake and have priced it accordingly.

not even a comparison...the answer is obvious. The only company that makes verts look good with the top up is mercedez benz...looks at the slk or the sl...with the top up it looks like a fucking coupe cuz the curves are so perfect...bmw needs to improve on their hard tops.

My thoughts too. If it's not a real M3, why is it priced like one?

I personally hate my fake M3 ONLY because its a convertible. It's SOO much slower than M3 coupes. Its even slower than 335 coupes. I really feel the 400 pound weight difference every god damn time I drive the thing. Im disgusted over it. It looks like crap. Drives like crap. WTF was I thinking???

I have a e93 and I prefer the look of the coupe with the top up only because I think all the broken lines on the car make it look like a jigsaw puzzle. Top up with all windows down is a nice look tho.

Top down, the cab looks way better IMO.
