M3 got hit and run :(

So i went with some friends to get food for lunch at around 12. I park in a somewhat secluded spot with only one car next to me on the left side. We go inside and eat for like 15-20 minutes and i come outside to find this on my right bumper. and no note.

that really sucks. Hard to tell whats going on in that picture but is the bumper dented or pealed paint? Might be able to buff that out to atleast get rid of the white shit?

some chick once told me this when I told her I was sick of people bumping my car and scratching my bumpers when parking: ''what? you mean you don't park by sound?''

She's not the only one... believe me

I'm pretty sure that's the only way most people in Boston know how to park. You should see my bumpers.

Body shop can remove the bump and just paint that area, keep the rest bumper original because of the curve area.

I guess that's why you need clear bras on both bumpers... but it won't avoid the dents.

That is why I pay $11 for parking in the boston common garage not along the beacon ST.

There was this one time I was parked in my car and some lady in her POS 1996 Toyota Corolla with a mink coat ( prob a fake mink coat if she drove a Corolla), backed up into me. She had all the room in front of her to get into this parallel parking spot but I guess she kept on backing her ass into my front bumper for no apparent reason. (Thats the only great purpose of having a front license plate to put holes into some else's bumper unintentionally) I honk and all she does is walks out of her car thinking the honk was for someone else and when she finally realizes I was in the car she did not even apologize. Some people just dont understand that bumping into someones car is wrong. Its basically a fender bender accident. So I decided upon leaving to ram the front of my car into hers since she doesnt think bumping into someones car with yours is discriminated against.

Well everything is true except for the last park. Still makes me mad thinking about it

I totaly feel your pain . That happened to me too, right through the paint on my rear bumper and no note. Jerks are just so careless up here.

BTW - Would that hit and run be covered under collision damage or comprehensive coverage ?

I once saw some asshat do this in a parking lot. Luckily I had post-its on me, so I wrote down his license plate, and left it on the other cars window with the statement, "This is the license plate of the car that hit and ran, here is my contact info if you want to file a police report". I am pretty sure a hit and run is a mis-dameanor.
