Now im gonna try to actually answer the post.

I have driven an IS 250 when a friend first got it and then i drove it with just an intake after they got it installed. The intake made a significant difference so if you add an exhaust, id imagine even better pull. The car is lighter than a 325 as well. The 325 also only came with 184 horse, while is250 starts with 204. I would easily take the IS 250 in that race

Actually, the e90 325i has 215 hp. So it'd be a close race.

184-hp, 2.5-liter I-6 ( i assumed this top one was the 325 and the bottom one was the 330)

North American E90 325i have 215 hp from factory. 330i have 255 hp.

E46 325i had 190hp.

European 2006 E90 325i has 184 hp.

you don't get to almost 9k posts by actually posting relevant comments

I'd take the stock 325 in a second, but I have no experience with the IS nor have I driven one, but given the stats the 325 should have the edge. I doubt an intake or exhaust is doing much more than 10hp on a NA 6 cyl.

it is spec'd at 7.9 sec 0-60.
Put whatever you want on it, no chance to beat the 325...
