look carefully and you will see a black roof on this E90. Do you think that is painted or vinyl?? Either way I want it.

Some people on here will say you are trying to imitate e92 carbon roof. But they don't realize people have been painting their roofs black for a long time.

Although I like it. This one looks painted. I have seen it done on a couple M5's and a Z4M coupe. Looks really good.

That pic was taken at C&C collision, so they may be the shop that did it. You should call them and ask...

People have been doing this "imitation" since the E46 CSL in '03. The E92 M3 just happens to lend more to the fad.

It's all in personal taste, but I think this falls in line with the Z3 fender craze.

dmerk had his roof painted @ C&C a few weeks ago.... it looks good. i'll try & get pics for you.

EDIT - here's a pic i found but it's not that great... i'll try & get more later
