Height wouldn't be different between PSS and PS2. The shape of the shoulder could differ however. Also the fender liner clearances can vary slightly by year, model, and individual build of the car.

265/35R19 is too big to reliably fit the M3 although as noted above some have been able to make it work.
Thanks for the reply, I'm thinking about getting a set of 265/30 pss.. Hopefully they will fit perfectly as others said.
