Updated photos of new lighting setup

Finally got a chance to take some photos of the new lighting setup on the E90 M3. All the pieces inside the headlight were painted Jet Black, and the tips of the bezels around the projector and cornering lamps were painted car color, which is Space Gray Metallic. Factory angel eyes were removed and replaced with the Luce Produkt fully circular LED rings. Lots of vendors and service providers are offering the Umnitza rings, but we feel these have cleaner look to them. It’s just a matter of preference, as we know the Umnitza rings are of great quality. The Umnitza Orion LED rings have a higher color temperature to them, while these appear to have a more neutral white color to them, matching the OEM 4300K bulbs better. The factory lenses were removed and replaced with clear ZKW lenses to maximize the performance. The factory amber LED and Amber parking light were disabled for a cleaner look while the angel eyes are on. Factory sealant was completely removed and replaced with the OEM Koito Butyl sealant.

Looking good. They look better than '12 335i OEM white halos when lit (not too bright). Seems like your headlights are aimed pretty high?

Those two first output shots are just to show the difference between the stock lens and the new clear replacement. The projectors were outside of the headlights on a test bench.

I don't understand why people like the full Angel eyes over regular ones that cut the main one... Now it has that Deer in the headlights look....

To each his own I guess.

Exactly, everyone has their own preference.

Thanks! The color matched lip is very subtle compared to full color matched shrouds. And of course the angel eyes are a little different compared to what most people run, makes it a bit more unique.

Wow! Looks great!

ZKW lenses really do make a difference.

Do you know what bulbs are in the stock ones?
