2013 BMW M3  [0.00]
Read the first page and ran outside to take pics of the front wheel well of my own ZCP, so you could see the difference in height.

Glad you're getting squared away.

Nothin' quite like SG in the sunlight.

Congrats!

How do you like the PE? Big difference? I'm approaching 600 miles and am thinking about having the PE installed at my break-in service...

I am more than positive they are still on the car. It is safe to drive on so no worries though. Once they are removed, you will definitely say to yourself "damn, what a difference" and then question why you doubted yourself the first time you realized it, lol. Because it is like a 2-3 inch difference in ride height, which is huge. Anyways, it will just make you love your car that much more once they remove them! It's going to feel like you got a drop!
Yep 2-3 inches for sure, now I really look forward to this "drop". Maybe I'll count this as my second mod (after the exhaust).

Thanks. You are a man of good taste as well. Did you go extended leather as well?

I noticed you are in the Stamford areas as well. Stay tuned for a south CT meet some of us are starting to plan for this spring/summer. As of now, it should be something small (nothing like the L.I.) but let's see how it evolves.

I wanted something conservative, SG was an obvious choice, but if I was single and younger I would have taken a LME myself.

Thanks. My first M3 was JZB. I loved it at first, but got tired of the constant wash/care required. This time I went conservative and practical. I have to say SG is growing on me with each passing day. The weather and lots of sunshine have been helping.

SG is classic, eternal, perfect!

I love the MPE. Not much difference at low revs, but significant difference at high revs and WOT.
If you have the $, I would definitely recommend, but they don't come cheap and the stock exhaust is pretty awesome too.

I did a lot of research before I made the leap into MPE (members are a great source). Internet videos are a starting point, but none do it justice. I mean none of them. Best thing to do is to find a member and ask for a ride at WOT.
I was afraid I was going to lose the smoothness (velvety sound) of the S65 + stock exhaust combo. But I didn't. S65 + MPE is still velvet-smooth, the difference I feel is that at WOT it sounds like I have a rocket in the back seat - seriously.

I opted for the standard (non extended) black Novilo leather. Seeing yours and I'm wondering if I made the right choice

Help Needed

So I took the car to the dealership...

I thought I would get there, they would remove the shipping block, say “sorry about that”, end of story.

It turns out the shipping blocks were not there. So I am now at a loss.

Other members here, and I agree with them, feel my car sits high in the front.

What do you think? Do you have a similar pic to share that would help one way or another? Same angle as below?

Thanks!
