2008 M3 sedan high mileage...Yes or No?

hi Guys! I'm looking into purchasing a used BMW M3. I am on a tight budget...35~ 40 K. I was hoping you guys could help me out(options). This is from the used car dealership. Is it fair?? Should I buy it?

I'm personally pretty cautious about buying from a used car dealer. Carfax might give you some clues to the history (e.g., if it has been bought on auction). Regardless of what it shows, I'd definitely get an inspection first.

THank you for your insight~ They quoted me 34k for it... I will def carfax it. looking to get it around augeust!coming back from my mandatory military service~ i just cant wait.

Is this the one from a Queens NY dealership? If it is, I saw this one too. I called the dealer who said it had previously been in an accident. The pics of the car showed it was not in too good of a condition. It had a lot of mods so maybe the previously owner tracked a lot or a street racer. Be careful, that's all.
