Why No Love for the E90 M3 with Carbon Fiber Parts???

All,

I'm just curious why it's so difficult to get some of the amazing parts that are sold for the E92/93, but we E90 guys struggle with parts.

I know the car is discontinued and its not as mass produced. It would be great to see and have some hoods, rear bumper, wide body, etc..

Yes I know they make the roof which is incredible. I love my sun roof and its hard to commit to that right now. I do have the vorsteiner front bumper, but I've heard they stop making the hood, and I know there have been some fitment issues.

AKRYM I know makes that rear bumper, but it's kind of ugly personally and not my taste.

I did pick up the side skirts from LTBMW and thy came out great.

Just would to see some more love for us E90 guys!!! Come on west coast owners of E90s..they need loaner cars to make the molds!!! Ha

More e92 m3s + the fact that e92 owners mod their cars more than the sedan = business case for more e92 specific parts

We're an elite group and no one cares about us! Lol

Just a volume thing. Why are parts for mustangs and camaro's so much cheaper than M3 parts. If you're a manufacture its a lot cheaper to buy and produce when you buy 100,000 of something vs 1,000.

The main things us E90 owners miss out on in terms of CF tend to be rear components of the car be it bumpers or diffusers it would seem (Varis one is the first that comes to mind although has been retrofitted by some E90 owners - more recently Powerbeast). Front splitters/lips are obviously useable by all E9X M3s.

That's because people that buy E90 M3 are on the mature, grown up side.

Plenty of CF parts available for the E90. The only thing I had an issue with was Challenge CF doors only made for the E92.
