Do I still get 4 year maintenance plan with used car? U.S

Did you guys eat bunch of food yesterday?
I was so full and sleepy I barely drove home from cousin's house
so I bought used 08 IB m3 couple month ago, and wondering is 4 year maintenance plan still apply for used car. if yes, does is cover 30k miles maintenance service? I believe it expires next summer. not sure how to check this either.

The dealer can tell you when you bring it it. It all comes up with the VIN number in their system.

The maintenance plan continues on used cars through the normal time period. I bought a used M3 that was CPO and the maintenance is valid through the normal 4 year 50k warranty period (not the extended 6 year 100k).

Garage List
The time period starts from the original date that the original owner put the car on the road the warranty is 4 years or 50,000 Miles (80,000 KM) whatever comes first.

So let us assume the original owner purchased the car on Kay 1 2008 then the warranty expires May 1 2012 or at the count of 50,000 Miles (80,000 KM) if that occurs before the aforementioned date.

Now it is possible that the previous owner (before you) purchased the extended warranty. In that case he or she should have told you when you purchased the car. However, you can find this out from any BMW Service Department and ask them

"When does the warranty on my car expire?"

If you have not reached 50,000 miles (80,000 KM) you can still purchase extended warranty, I believe it is 100,000 miles and or 6 years. Ask a BMW dealer near you.
