Reusing TPMS?

If I were to get some VMR V710s (19") would I be able to reuse the TPMS from my OEM 19s?

Yes, good tire shop can easily swap the OEM TPMS for you.

Make sure they use the rebuild kits for the valve stems when they swap them out. That makes sure you get an air-tight seal again.

You can, however keep in mind that the cost and hassle of having to dismount the oem tires is usually not worth the cost to purchase new TPMS sensors. The issue is even more present if you plan on using your OEM wheels as a winter or spare setup.

Absolutely. If you're removing sensors, use new parts. Good news is you can get a kit from eBay for $13 delivered, rather than pay $60 to your friendly tire shop . That's what I do. And yes, if you're going to swap wheels, just buy new sensors and leave stockers alone. Good luck.
