factory demo '09 E90? or new '10 E90

I found a demo 09 with almost the options i'd like (tech, cw, premium, aw, and 18" rims, pdc, etc ) with around 10k miles for $58,000 flat, but the dealer wont budge any lower. After a while, I looked at other dealers and found a new '10 E90 with similar options except it had 19" rims and no pdc. Sticker was $68,375 but I managed to get it down to $63,000 flat.

My only dilemma is theres no special financing offers with the '09 (so its about..6% ish) while theres 0.9% on the '10. Should I just try to push to go alittle lower for the '09 one? not sure if $58,000 is a good deal or not...

I would not touch that demo. 10000 hard miles, no thanks.

why not just get a brand new 2011 for about 64k OTD
