What are the OEM 19" tires
Apologies in advance, couldn't find the info anywhere else.
Just want to know what the exact specs are for the OEM 19" tires as I am ordering a set for some aftermarket wheels. I know they're Michelin PS2's, but I need to know the load/speed rating - I understand there are a few different ones. If someone could please look at their tires and let me know it would be very much appreciated. Thanks |

He at least said he tried to fine the info. He did not try too hard apparently, but some people just really suck at the internet.
I'll just chalk it up to lack of experience instead of the typical laziness. The post doesn't have the usual terrible spelling and stench of idiocy. |

Am I not correct in thinking that the US the 19" OEM tyre choice is the PS2, while in the UK and Europe the option is CUP+. Maybe his question isn't such a simple one as he is from neither of these country/areas.

exactly, tirerack may not be as common down under as it is here.
Regardless, nice way to welcome a new member. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Spec.j...irePageLocQty= |

Sticky is probably right, just a lack of experience.
But still, before I join any group/club/organization I read the Rules and Regulations so that I know how to conduct myself. (e.g. post in the right forum) I agree the first response from Radiation Joe was a little smart-assed, but how will the guy know if someone doesn't say something.

I was very picky to ensure that I get the same stock load rating and only Tirerack have the tires that have the same load rating like OEMs, they are 93Y(fronts) and 97Y(rears) accordingly, but mine was 18s though. I figure that 19s ratings should be the same. EDIT ADD: I didnt settle with Discount Tires only having 100Y for the rears

I owe SPQR M3 an apology. I just did a search and it came up with nothing. I guess after a while these things just seem obvious when they aren't so obvious.

Thanks for all the responses, I wasn't aware of the tirerack website as I'm from Aust. But yes, I should have done a more thorough search on the internet first.
