some more mods

ECU upgrade from Active Autowerke 15HP gain, removes 155mph top speed limeter, 7 pound feet torque increase, elimination of flat spots and not detectable by dealer. + Remus sport exhaust. The car feels and sounds much more powerful. I think this is the way it should have come from the factory but you know BMW had to hold back on the power so to not step on the toes of the M5 and M6. Here go some more pics.

Interesting.... I think for your color, the color matched diffuser works.

Hows the extra Hp going?

Great Car! Congrats! BTW i love the exhaust tips with the angle.
And as far as stepping on toes, I had th opportunity to drive Lime Rock with a similar experienced driver in an M5.
We did the first three laps with the M5 leading, and in the fourth he pointed me by in the straight. In the next five laps i pulled away with almost half a lap.
So with your mods, that should be even easier!

What kind of diffuser is that??...I assume you had it painted?..Also, how does the Remus sport compare to stock? I have heard the sound clips, but from your real world experience how loud is it??..
You have the best looking M3 on the forum....!! awesome!!

Exhaust looks good. Not really feeling the wheels though. Too much chrome/bling factor

If you like it though then all the power to you

the remus sounds great, deeper and louder than the stock but not too loud or over bearing it's just right

you can call up the guys at Active Autowerke in Miami 305-233-9300 or check out the web site to find out more about the ECU they can explain it better than I can. There is also another company that offers the same kind od ECU upgrade they are in the UK CA-Automotive check out their website too
