Though I bought at Weatherford, I always get my service done in Concord. Assuming you ask for a loaner they will get you an appt. when one is available, and if not, they will take you in a shuttle to the Bart since you are in SF.

Definitely dont buy your car from SF BMW - bought my last two from them. Never again.
From a service standpoint, if you can do without a loaner, they are ok. Use Chris Mezzapelle - he has (so far) been fairly straight forward and honest to deal with. To be clear, I am not recommending BMW SF without reservation, only for convenience. I use them because I live and work in SF. The no loaner issue and general indifference of this dealership towards customers, not to mention terrible referrals to third party shops for additional work, makes them an average dealership for service (at best). |

SF BMW is BAD, I was looking to get a M3 2011 couple of weeks ago. Walked into the showroom, nobody (I mean nobody) even said hi to us. Walked around the showroom for 30 mins, no service. The sale people just walk around talking, drinking coffee, bs-ing. When I walked out, the receptionist said bye (wtf!!!). Went to Sonnen at San Rafael, and brought my M3 there. I know what I want already and the whole sales process took about 30 mins. Sonnen needs to order my car 6-8 weeks (but they really need to keep me up to date on the progress of my order).
If SF BMW had even said hi they would have got my business and made a M3 sale in 30 mins. Guess they don't care with this GREAT ECONOMY. |

Go with East Bay BMW! It's only a 30min drive, and a fun one at that, through 580. I live in SF -- Joe Pagano for sales and Christopher for service have really been outstanding.

BMW of Mountain View
Been using them for 8 years. They never treated me like a little kid like other places do. I usually get a new BMW loaner car too.

Contrary to other posts, I've had only great experiences at BMW SF. Been a customer for almost 5 years now (two M3's) and they always treat me well. Great service!
