Looking to paint my matte black grilles glossy black

Gents, I really like the look of the gloss black grilles from the new 335is. I was looking to remove mine and paint them gloss black myself. Do you have any recommendations on what paint to use? One that is water-resistant and will adhere well to the grilles? Sorry if this has been discussed before. Couldn't find anything on it. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks!

i would recommend just buying the BMW performance grills which are glossy black. Then you don't have to worry about the paint chipping off.

you can also sell your existing grills.

$6 spray paint from local auto part store will do it. I did mine while back and so far so good

Standard waterbase paint will work just fine. Most MBG are 2 pieces so you can separate them to make painting easier as well.
