Eurocharged ecu tune Toronto

Has anyone had their ECU tuned by these guys in Toronto?

Wondering how you like it, and what you experience was. They are claiming 41hp more at the wheels, not sure if thats realistic or not.

Is the tune worth it?

I haven't had a EC tune but they have done a ton of work on my M and they are by far the only shop in GTA I trust.

Work they have done for me:

1) install VF540 supercharger (worked with VF for tuning, but was VF's tune)
2) install ohlins RT coil overs
3) install subframe and rear diff bushings
4) install Varis full rear diffuser
5) install and paint Mode Carbon Lip
6) oil changes.. Etc
7)install Akra Evo exhaust

I'm sure there is more stuff. Anyway you get the point that they are a competent shop.

I think Eurocharge has its tunes created from its master shop in the US. That doesn't mean EC can't do custom tuning but I beleive retail tuning that is from the website would have US code and most likely proven in a more competitive environment.

Not sure if that helps but at least gives you some back ground.

Eurocharged has done tons of work on my from building my motor, rod berings, upgraded clutch, supercharger install and much more the list goes on. I have had many friends and family to go for there tunes from BMW, Mercedes, Porsche and they all loved it. All prices are in CND dollar on there website. And there ecu tunes are done all in house. And if you have supporting mods to go with the tune even better you won't be dissapointed

Also come out April 19 has there will be a bmw & Mercedes meet dyno day and bbq, raffles etc..

I'm getting the car lowered, going full cat less, installing a pulley and exhaust and having their tune done so it may be difficult to tell you how much just the tune did. I did however have the alpine dct tune done this week, and that is actually really good value. Very surprising how much it livens up the car.

I have tune on my M3 from them...Vlad and Slav own Eurocharged Canada, amazing guys, they also our support our local group BMWTrueNorth.

We have a season opening party on April 19th with lots of cars showing up. Come out and check their huge new location! Ill post about the event tonight, or latest tomorrow.

Ive got a intake and muffler section, was thinking about adding the pulley at the time of a tune. Not far off your set up... looking forward to hearing your experience.

I have only heard good things about there tune. I would go for it and its a bonus if you are local as well.

My exhaust should arrive on Wednesday so I'm hoping I'll be set up before the end of the week. I'll be sure to let you know my impressions. Vlad seems like a knowledgeable guy and they seem to have a reputable shop. I'm really looking forward to having everything done, just in time for ads weekend at mosport!

Got the car back last night. Still haven't really had much seat time but here are my early impressions. Again, I got a pulley, exhaust and full cat delete along with their tune so it is difficult to ascertain how much is simply from the tune.

First the sound. Wow, I love it. Thankfully this is not my daily driver because it is quite honestly loud. I mention this because the sound alone makes me feel like I'm going faster. LOL.

Overall, the car pulls much harder, it feels like a fairly significant increase in power but i am actually very interested in comparing with anyone who simply went with a xpipe to get a comparison. Any takers? I didn't get it dyno'd but maybe I should have.

The guys at Eurocharged are awesome. Randy, if you're reading this, thanks for putting up with me.

Got my tune done today. 1st time there and I must say great guys and really knowledgeable . I did notice a difference especially not having the latest e240 update. Next on my list is cat deletes hopefully that will improve performance..

Went there to get my springs installed and they also ended up doing my Dinan underdrive pulley , installing my Turner test pipes, and giving me the EuroCharge tune (after updating my firmware).....

Totally transformed the feel of the car, unfortunately no dyno time before or after, but the butt-dyno says huge gains !! It just feels sooo much more responsive down low, and pulls HARD all the way to redline!

Do they update your firmware prior to installing the tune? I am thinking of doing this but I want to get the 240E firmware or the J Spec 240E along with the tune.

Yes that's exactly what they did. My wife was my dd last night and noticed a huge improvement. She asks why are the tires spinning so much. It never did that before. Lol. She has a heavy foot

Get it done you won't be disappointed.
