ACM | Frozen Black on BBS RI-D

Just mounted up a set of 19" RI-D's on our friend Bill's supercharged Frozen Black E92 M3. We're in love, how do you feel?

Black BBS caps are on their way..

Good lord I've never seen a more perfectly modded M3. What is the difference with these compared to the FI?

Bravo, any more of the seats and backs?

Keep the red caps IMO. They look great with the red/black theme of the car.

Parts and work on this car are stellar. All respect to those involved.

Only suggestions are: I think the car would look *better* with wheels that match the body finish exactly (in other words a little more matte/satin -right now it looks like they're a little glossier than the body). I think the car would also look better without the red stripes on the front lip and rear bumper. Personal preferences, but I mean them in only a constructive way. Either way this car is a beauty, and someone has excellent taste in parts. RI-D's are just INSANE. Now where are pics of the blower?

So what's the difference between these and the FI?

Cool car. I feel like the red stitching inside launched an unnecessary foray into the world of red accents. The striping on the spoiler and front look like excess 3M tape backing to me. If the calipers must stay red, I'd at least go w the black BBS ctr cap and ditch the logo lug bolts (too much going on here). The clown nose caps have got to go.

I'm only being hyper critical because there's not much to nitpick about with regards to the quality of the parts and the overall execution. Well done guys.

The RI-D's are made with A7000 Duralumin, which is an aero grade metal and the spokes are thinner than the FI's.

As for the seats..

We held up another set of black caps to it and it really toned the wheels down. There's enough red going on around the car all of which is Melbourne, so there's not really a need for these. Doing the caps black with the silver lettering will make the wheels look even better.

The wheel finish is awesome in person. We and the owner, Bill, like the fact that the factory BBS finish works so well. We don't feel the need to change the wheel finish to identically match the car.

Blower photos..

Just wondering how you would perfectly match BBI FI's with a frozen color by BMW....

black BBS caps forsure and ditch the red pin stripe on the front lip. looks weird imo. but that interior is to die for
