Anybody have any experiences with Fuji Corporation in Japan?

Looking to get a set of BBS RE-V, and these guys seem to have the best price that I've seen so far. Anybody know if they're legit and anything to worry about importing wheels from Japan? No warranty I assume, are customs costs added on at a later point in time, etc?

BBS USA has been trying to get availability on these wheels for us, per your request actually. Japan is not replying too swiftly.

You will not have any warranty or afterservice available most likely if greymarketed. Hopefully BBS USA can get us some details soon for ya!

Is there any expectation that this wheel would become a standard wheel available through BBS USA? Or will it continue to be a Japan export only model? Seems that FUJI sells for b/w $5.7-6k depending on the exchange rate of the day.

It might be more than that even.

Why not just consider the BBS FI (Forged Individual)? The 19x8.75" wheel for a Porsche weighed in at 16.79 lbs!!!

FI quotes I've seen are in the $8k+ range. I'd love some FIs, but you pretty much have to get a BBK to make them look right given how "naked" of a look they give off.

The one thing I don't like about the RE-V are the extra mini holes it has, as opposed to just the 5 holes for lugs.
