Macht Schnell e92 Underdrive Pulley Review

I thought I'd post a quick review of the MS underdrive pulley I just got installed. I ordered these from EAS - thank you EAS!! recieved them yesterday and got them installed today at Speedware in Redmond.

I've been itching to do some performance mods every snce I got my car and I'm glad I picked this as my first mod. The pulleys are very well made and a quality product. The car definitely pulls harder and revs quicker! Even bone stock, I loved revving my engine.. now I just want to rev it and keep it over 4k rpm all the time!

I'm very glad I decided to get these and highly recommend them.. Very happy!!

Next I plan to mount my light track /summer wheels....

the only thing i can think of so far is you've thrown your engine warranty out the window...anything else?

If not sızed properly you could run ınto battery re-chargıng problems, or not have your accessorıes work as well as they should.

However, usually lots of research goes ınto these pulleys to ensure the optımal sıze ın order to prevent these kınds of problems...whıch ıs why you should only buy from reputable dealers.

right, plus neither your auto nor liability insurance are enforceable and usually your financing (lease or loan) is cancelled. This is why I am self-insured and pay cash.

Although I am not a cowboy, IMO pulley vs. stock is a bit like what I imagine riding a horse with spurs vs. tennis shoes (sneakers for those on the east coast) would be like.

for the dealer to even know you changed the pulley they'd really need to be looking for it.

unlike say a Xpipe where if they put it on a lift, boom you can tell instanly

LOL, OEM pulleys die out? I hope you warranty your car for >200k miles. No offense but if you dont know what you're talking about, I suggest reading more before posting IMO. Your false knowledge and information are not useful for the community at all.

I have had the MS pulleys since day 1, which was about a year ago when Macht Schnell 1st released it. Never have a single problem and car drive stronger than ever. Regarding the engine warranty void, I have been in and out of the dealership for Inspection 1, oil service, O2 Sensor replacement etc. Not once that they mention about mofidied pulleys.

I have had MS Pulleys for about a year now and it's a well built kit.

Thıs ıs true...only a few mıllımeters of dıfference on average...hard to judge unless you have a ruler. Not only that, but I doubt any techs are standıng there lookıng for modıfıcatıons.

Also, ıt would not voıd your entıre warranty. The dealer would have to prove that whatever faıled was caused by the aftermarket part...ı.e., ıf your wındshıeld wıpers stopped workıng they could not say ıt was caused by your pulley change.

If a tech is assigned a job but he cannot complete it, he doesn't get paid

so it's worse for him to report it

Yes- answered in the thread you started. MS and Rogue use off the shelf belts.
