I always felt one of the biggest drawbacks to the 335i was no factory 19" option. Well, check the configurator at bmwusa.com for the 2008 335i coupe.
Beautiful 19" Star Spoke BMW wheels are now a $1,000 option. I suppose I will still buy the M3 for all the obvious reasons, but 19's from the factory for a $1,000...this is news. I guess BMW finally realized with the Infiniti G37 etc coming standard with 19's they had to get off the stick. Interestingly enough, 19's are not available as a factory option on the sedan. Yes, I know a little off topic, just wanted to bring this to the light.

Hate to break it to you but.............the 19 inch Style 230 option has been discontinued on the 335i's for the U.S. Don't know why but do a search on E90 post and you'll see where several BMW CA's have confirmed this.

Not that CA's are the most reliable sources for info but I think in this case unfortunately, they may be right...

The star spoke option is not exactly a $1000 option as it requires the sports package, so you are actually paying more for the wheels. At that point, I'd much rather get a nice set of lighweight 19" aftermarket wheels, and sell the originals or keep them as winter wheels.
